Abstract

In this paper, synthesis of new bicycles of (five, six, seven )-member hetero cyclic compounds[4-8] via cyclization reactions. The synthesized compounds [1-8] have been characterized using several chemical techniques (H.NMR-spectra, (C.H.N)-analysis, FT.IR-spectra) and melting points.

Abstract

The target organo-selenium compounds [3-7] were synthesized from the reaction between diethyl malonate and 4-amino benzoyl chloride to produce compound [1], which is react with sodium hydrogen selenide to give corresponding sodium aroylselenide [2], which is react with one of aroyl derivatives as shown in scheme (1) to produce compounds [3-7]. All the synthesized compounds have been investigated using different chemical techniques, such as (H.NMR-spectra, (C.H.N)-analysis, FT.IR-spectra), melting points and biological study.

Abstract

In this study, mono and bicyclic compounds [1-8] were synthesized by alkalytion of 2-aminothiozoline with carbonyl compounds (succinic acid, chloro aceticacid, 2,5-hexan-dione, 3-chloro propoyl chloride), where as the compounds [9-12] were synthesized by condensation between diketone compounds with (2-amino benzothiazole, guanine). The synthesized compounds structures were characarterized by several methods:{(C.H.N)-analysis, FT.IR-spectra, H.NMR-spectra} and melting points.

Abstract

A new type of macrocycles of oxazepine compounds have been prepared in this article, the macrocycles [3] has been linked with (maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, 3-nitro phthalic anhydride) to produce new type which are macrocycles oxazepine [4-6]. Macrocycles oxazepine [3-6] have been investigated by several techniques ((Uv-Visble), (C.H.N)-analyzer, (FT-IR)-spectra, H-NMR spectra, melting points).

Abstract

In this paper, synthesis of a series of compounds of hetero (Atoms, cycles) from (5,6,7,8-membered) ring via cyclo addition reaction of anil compound to produce compound [1-13]. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds [1-13] were confirmed with (C.H.N)-analysis and substantiated with (FT.IR, H.NMR) data and melting points.

Abstract

In this paper, synthesis of five and seven-membered ring which containing hetroatom (Se, S, N, O) via several steps, the first step in this reaction, 2,2-methylene-bis(4-nitro phenol) reacts with (selenium, sulphur, nitrogen, oxygen)-compounds to yield cyclic derivatives of (Se, S, N,O) which cyclized via intramolecular condensation reaction in the second step. The formated compounds [1-9] have been investigated by using various chemical techniques, such as:(H-NMR-Spectra, (C.H.N)-analysis, FT.IR-spectra) and Melting points.

Abstract

In this paper, series of various organic compounds [1-11] were synthesized from anil-arabinose compound, which contain two imine-groups can be react as starting material with other compounds (sodium azide, chloro acetyl chloride, azo compound, thiol, secondary amine, maleic anhydride, primary amine) to produce cyclic and open cyclic compounds from (azitidine, form azane, diazepine, thiazine, diazane, sulfide). A detailed discussion of the structural elucidation of newly synthesized compounds [1-11] was confirmed by (melting points, elemental analysis C.H.N, FT.IR, H.NMR)-spectra, and antimicrobial study on the Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Abstract

This study involved, synthesis of variety of organic compounds [1-6] such as thiol compound, oxazepine(oxazepam), diazepine(diazepam), macrocyclic Schiff base, azo compound which contains electron with donating group and azo compound is containing electron with drawing group and identification of their structures by {(C.H.N)-analysis, H.NMR-spectra, FT.IR-spectra and melting points} and study of their biological activities by biological studies, the data obtained give good supported for synthesized compounds [1-6].
